Certain countries and regions are excluded from UltraPari’s licensed operations across all platforms, including the website, mobile applications, and associated services. Users located in the following areas are not permitted to register or access the platform:

UltraPari bears no responsibility for the actions, conduct, or regulatory violations of those independently licensed entities. Any claims or disputes related to those companies must be directed to the relevant company or to the applicable regulatory authority.

A licence verification system is available to allow users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the original game licence issued to UltraPari. This is a digital status-check tool provided under the authority of the Curaçao Gaming Authority. All texts, images, and materials contained within the verification system remain the intellectual property of the regulator and are fully copyright-protected. Third-party commercial use or any other unauthorised reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited, and improper use may result in legal penalties under applicable law.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the UltraPari website and applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority. Ownership protection extends beyond registered domain names and formally registered marks to encompass all brand-style elements associated with the platform's identity. Unauthorised use of any such identifiers is expressly prohibited, and violations may give rise to civil or criminal legal liability under applicable intellectual property law.
