UltraPari KYC & AML Policy

UltraPari operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards to protect every account holder and uphold the integrity of its platform. These procedures are a direct response to regulatory requirements applicable to licensed online gaming operators, designed to prevent financial crime and ensure transparent operations. All users registered on UltraPari are subject to these policies as a condition of access and continued use of the platform.

Purpose of KYC & AML

UltraPari applies KYC and AML procedures to verify the identity of each account holder, prevent fraud, and combat financial crime at every stage of the user journey. These measures support a secure and lawful environment for all registered users in Bangladesh.

The platform commits to the following standards:

  • Fair play across all gaming and betting activities;
  • User safety through verified account access and identity checks;
  • Full transparency in how personal data and transactions are handled;
  • Ongoing adherence to applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Protection of the platform from misuse or illegal exploitation.

KYC Requirements

Every new user must complete a mandatory ID verification process before accessing full platform features, including withdrawals and certain account functions. Document submission may be requested at registration, upon reaching defined activity thresholds, or at any point determined by the compliance team.

The following categories of documents may be required:

  • A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence;
  • Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or official bank statement;
  • Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals;
  • Any supplementary documentation requested to support enhanced due diligence reviews.

AML Measures

UltraPari enforces a comprehensive set of security measures to detect, prevent, and report money laundering, terrorism financing, and other forms of financial misconduct. These controls are applied consistently across all accounts and transaction types.

Active AML controls include:

  • Continuous transaction monitoring to identify irregular patterns or volumes;
  • Automated detection rules that flag suspicious activity for immediate review;
  • Enhanced due diligence applied to high-risk accounts, jurisdictions, or activity events;
  • Manual review of large, unusual, or structurally complex fund transfers;
  • Risk scoring assigned to accounts based on behaviour, origin of funds, and usage patterns;
  • Screening against international sanctions lists and politically exposed person (PEP) databases;
  • Mandatory reporting to relevant competent authorities where suspicious activity is confirmed.

Prohibited Activities

To support the integrity of KYC and AML procedures, UltraPari enforces strict platform restrictions applicable to all registered users. Any conduct that undermines identity verification or financial monitoring will be treated as a serious violation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts under the same or different identities;
  • Submitting forged, altered, or stolen documents during any verification stage;
  • Conducting or facilitating any transaction intended to launder funds through the platform;
  • Manipulating platform systems, games, or processes to circumvent security measures;
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party;
  • Using payment instruments that are not registered in the account holder's own name;
  • Providing false or misleading personal information at any point during registration or account use.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Any confirmed or suspected violation of KYC and AML obligations will trigger immediate enforcement action by the UltraPari compliance team. The severity of the response will be proportionate to the nature and extent of the violation identified.

Enforcement measures may include temporary or permanent account suspension, freezing or confiscation of funds linked to suspicious activity, cancellation of bets or associated winnings, and reporting to competent authorities where applicable under local or international law.

User Responsibilities

Each account holder is required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and to update that information promptly if any details change. Users must complete all stages of identity verification within the timeframes specified by the platform and respond to any requests for additional document submission without undue delay. All deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform transactions must be conducted exclusively through payment methods owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must not permit any third party to access or operate their account on their behalf. Any activity that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent should be reported to the UltraPari support team at the earliest opportunity.

Fair Play and Transparency

UltraPari is committed to upholding fair play and transparency as foundational principles that protect every user and preserve the long-term integrity of the platform. These commitments extend beyond regulatory compliance and reflect the standards expected of a responsible licensed operator.

Core principles applied across the platform include:

  • Full compliance with applicable KYC and AML standards at all times;
  • Confidential handling and protection of all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection obligations;
  • Ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity to safeguard the platform and its users;
  • Active prevention of manipulation, collusion, and unfair behaviour in all gaming and betting environments;
  • Dedicated user support on account security, verification, and responsible gaming concerns;
  • Shared responsibility between the platform and its users in maintaining a lawful and safe environment;
  • Equal application of rules and conditions to all registered users without exception.
